Logistics Park Phoenix Project
BNSF Railway announces plans to build the Logistics Park Phoenix — a best-in-class, state-of-the-art freight rail facility in northwest Maricopa County, just outside of Phoenix. We are working to obtain zoning approval for the development by December 2024, and intend to process the initial Plans of Development in early 2025. It is anticipated that construction on the first phase, the Intermodal Facility, will begin in mid-2025, with the project becoming operational by 2028.
